Returns & Exchanges
We really hope you’re happy with your spawellnessmagazine pieces, but we understand that sometimes you change your mind or need different sizes. If this is the case and the items are unworn with labels, we’ll be happy to take them back within 30 days of you receiving your order.
RETURNS
We’ve implemented a returns system that aims to make the process as seamless as possible for you. Just visit the spawellnessmagazine Returns Portal and follow the steps below to get started:
UK Customers Only
- Visit the spawellnessmagazine Returns Portal.
- Enter your email address and order number.
- Follow the steps and select whether you would like to return or exchange your selected products.
- Once you’ve completed this, you’ll then be given the address that the items need to be sent back to.
- You can then either print out the address and stick it onto the package or write this directly onto the parcel.
- Place the items you are returning or exchanging into the packaging and seal them up so they’re nice and secure.
- Take your parcel to the nearest Post Office or drop off point so the items can be sent back to us.
- Once this has been received and your items have passed our inspection process, we’ll process your refund and or exchange, at which point you’ll receive an email update from us.
Once we’ve received your parcel, it can take up to 14 working days to be processed. Please note processing times could be longer during holiday periods.
Please be aware that any unregistered items in your return will not be processed.
ONLINE STORE CREDIT
Online Store credit is the best option if you’d like to order another product in exchange right away without having to wait for your refund. To do this, just select the Store Credit option when registering your return online. Once we’ve received and processed your return, you will instantly receive an email with your Online Store Credit Code and be able to use it on the spawellnessmagazine website. Please be aware Online Store Credit can only be used on our website.
EXCHANGES
It’s currently only possible to exchange sizes for the same product. If you’d like to exchange for a completely different product, you’ll need to return your original item first then place a brand new order. It’s up to you whether you choose Online Store Credit so you can purchase your new items immediately, or whether you’d prefer to wait until your refund has been credited back to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
REFUNDS
If you choose a refund, all successfully processed items will be issued back to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges won’t be refunded. Please note refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Store credit is the quicker option if you’d like to exchange an item without waiting for a refund.
PRODUCT CONDITION
Please be aware that we cannot process returned clothing that has been worn. Please ensure that all product tags remain attached and in-tact, and that the items are in an unworn resellable condition. It will be at our discretion as to whether the item is in a resellable condition.
